Come spend five nights with Amanda and Rachel in Nosara, Costa Rica.  We have been dreaming about putting a retreat like this together for a long time and we would LOVE to share this special place with all of you.  

What is included?

- 5 night stay at Ride On Surf Hotel (check it out), just a short walk to the ocean and all Playa Guiones has to offer. You will be able to pick your roommate if you are coming with someone you know!

- Group Shuttle from and to the Liberia airport if traveling on retreat start and finish days

- Daily breakfast  

-3 Group dinners at Ride on prepared by private chef

-Sunset Catamaran cruise (includes meal)

- Yoga classes daily with Amanda -Yin, Vinyasa and restorative ! 

- Full access to the retreat grounds including pool, yoga deck and bicycles.    

In addition to the included activities you will have plenty of time for swimming, lounging by the pool, exploring town or simply relaxing however you like to vacation, We are just here to be your guides! INVESTMENT: 

Shared twin room w shared bath $1,900 per person- Two (or option for 3) twin beds in a shared room with a shared bathroom. A great option for friends traveling together or those happy to share their space.

Double Queen w private bath: $2,200 per person- Two queen beds in a shared room with a private bathroom. Great option for friends traveling together or those happy to share their space.

single King with private bath: $2,900 per person- A private room with a king bed and private bathroom . Your own room to relax and unwind throughout the retreat.

YOUR HOSTS:

Amanda Feinstein- Hi Everyone! I would love to have you along on this adventure. I am an ERYT500 and certified in 25 hours of YIN. I also run both a 200 and 300 hour teacher training program and a 25 hour YIN yoga training. I have certified over 225 instructors! I am excited to offer Vinyasa and YIN classes on the retreat and make connections with all of you.

Rachel Lucisano is a plant based Chef at a retreat house located in Ocean Grove, NJ. She as been spending winters in Costa Rica for the last 15 years. Rachel loves good food, travel, yoga and creating spaces where people can slow down, connect and enjoy themselves.
